REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1.1 Return Policy:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase.

• Free return shipping on all eligible returns.

• No extra fees for returning items.

• Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  
  

1.2 Exchanges:
We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase for unused items in their original packaging.
1.3 Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
1.4 Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds are processed for items that meet the return criteria. Since return shipping is free, no shipping costs will be deducted.
1.5 Method of Refund:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After this, the order may have been processed and cannot be cancelled.
2.2 Refund for Cancelled Orders:
If your order is cancelled within the allowed time frame, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
